CompanyWe're actively seeking a skilled and self-sufficient Accounts Payable Officer for a standalone position within a reputable company in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. This temporary role, with the potential to transition into a permanent opportunity, offers the flexibility of remote work four days a week. Your main duties will include:- End to end Accounts Payables- Reconciling supplier statements, vendor verification- Processing high volume invoices for approvals- Strong communication amongst a supportive team- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders- Journals and month end close- Assisting finance team with ad hoc tasks The right candidate will:- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in an end-to-end AP position with high-volume invoicing- Experience with any large ERP is advantageous- Month-end experience- Switched-on, motivated, and able to multitask.
