ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an end-to-end Accounts Payable role, based in our Underwood office in Brisbane.
- Prompt processing of supplier invoices using AP automation software
- Reconciliation of supplier invoices against monthly statements
- Monitoring AP Inbox
- Processing credit card invoices
- Staff reimbursement claims
- Booking travel/accommodation
- Reception and administration duties
- Set up new suppliers, monitor and update any supplier detail changes
- Raise and finalise purchase orders
- Month end close
- Run numerous reports weekly and for EOM
- Resolution of supplier invoice discrepancies
- Assisting overall Administration team with additional duties as required
ABOUT YOU
- Well-developed people and relationship skills
- Act in a genuine, honest, and responsible manner
- Experience Accounts Payable (end to end)
- Previous experience in accounts receivable - highly regarded
- High level of computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Excel (intermediate)
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure in an environment with competing demands and multiple objectives
- Exceptional customer service skills, and the willingness to go “above and beyond” to ensure that all customer relationships are maintained at the highest level
- A professional and friendly disposition to work together as part of our integral administration team along with the ability to work autonomously
