About the role...
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you are responsible for the processing of financial transactions to suppliers to allow the company to operationally run effectively. You will work in a team environment reconciling invoices and using a variety of systems, pay and report on transactions and of course have a bit of fun along the way.
This full time opportunity is based at our Head Office in Southport with very close low price parking available or close to public transport.

What does an everyday look like?
Efficiently processing a high volume of supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments in line with agreed terms
Conducting monthly reconciliation of supplier statements, investigating and resolving discrepancies
Handling monthly processing of manufacturer invoices and conducting statement reconciliations
Ensuring the reconciliation of AP month-end and GL accounts, accompanied by appropriate commentary
Building those super star relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth flow of AP operations
About you...
Experience in a similar role and/or relevant qualification
Sound knowledge of Accounts Payable and receivables
Initiative and motivation to positively progress tasks
