About the Role
You will be working on debtor management and maintaining customer files, receipting payments, and providing support to our sales team. The successful applicant will be working 8-5 Monday to Friday, in our Head Office/Distribution Centre located in Stapylton.
Key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Managing month end processes for AR, including issuing Statements
- Credit control – debt collection and oversight of credit limits
- Processing new account applications
- Maintaining strong relationships with our customers and our retail stores
- High volume invoice data entry – which includes matching purchase orders
- Supplier account reconciliations.
- Allocation of customer payments
- Communicating with customers to resolve accounts enquiries
- Relief Reception Duties
In addition, you will demonstrate:
- Adhere to company procedures
- Computer literacy in all Microsoft office applications
- Knowledge of the basic principles of business operations
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Reliable with a good work ethic and attention to detail
- Accurate keyboard skills and some experience with Microsoft office.
