We are seeking an experienced Administration and Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team at the Head Office in Salisbury. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this is a hands-on role focussing on Accounts Receivable administration. Duties include:
Processing invoices
Receiving payments and reconciling customer accounts
Establishing new customer accounts, including conducting trade references
Following up and reporting on overdue accounts (debt collection)
Responding to Accounts Receivable enquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times
Various administration such as answering phone calls, stationery orders, preparing documentation and recordkeeping
To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate:
Solid Accounts Receivable and Administration experience
Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Confidence using and learning technology (experience using NetSuite and Xero advantageous)
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Attractive salary for the right candidate!
