AddressDream Benchtops are looking for an Accounts Receivable Receptionist for a busy stone mason based in Yatala.
The candidate will have Accounts receivable experience,
MYOB experience preferred however not essential
Switchboard phone experience receiving calls handling directly, and directing calls to appropriate departments.
Able to use in house program to be aware of schedule, invoicing and job progress.
Kitchen/Stone or Building experience beneficial
Face to face contact with walk in clients
Ad hoc duties as required to fulfill the job role, printing receiving stock, data entry as required .
The main responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to
Daily invoicing and communicating with team to make sure jobs are completed prior to sending invoices and any issues on site reworks are forwarded to the correct department to be rebooked
Ensure account holders are trading within terms and
COD payments are being followed up in a timely manner and with business practices
Excellent phone manner receiving all incoming calls and using the inhouse scheduling system to review info and answer any queries if possible. Or directing to departments, message taking and forwarding to departments if unable to advise customer/site supervisor straight away.
This job would suit a parent with kids at school with hours to be 9-3 ideally 5 days a week
