Accounts Receivable Officer

dnata is one of the world's largest air services providers offering ground handling, cargo, travel and flight catering services across five continents.We're currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all elements of the Accounts Receivable function and for the provision and promotion of a high-quality standard of customer service. A day in the life:Ensuring accurate and timely billing to customersRaising and issuing invoices / credit notes and resolving billing issuesInvestigating and resolving disputesCollection and credit management of Accounts Receivable balancesTo succeed in the role, you will need:Demonstrated experience in a high volume Accounts Receivable roleCustomer service focusUnderstanding of accounting principles and practicesStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalA high level of proficiency in the use of ExcelPositive can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyondSense of humour (essential!!)So... does this sound like you?
