About the RoleThe purpose of the role is to co-ordinate, manage and lead a team of administrative officers that support a client focused service delivery, in accordance with organisational goals, guidelines and relevant legislation within the Princess Alexandra Hospital.
- Manage all aspects of the performance of administrative staff in line with Queensland Health HR policies and guidelines including Performance and Development compliance, and professional and mandatory training.
- Manage the provision of skilled administrative staff to the Divisions by implementation of effective recruitment and selection processes, rosters and leave management systems.
- Ensure established KPI and other performance measures are met for administration staff including mandatory training requirements, overtime, flex time and absenteeism, aligning with organisational direction and strategic plans.
