Addressdnata is one of the world's largest air services providers offering ground handling, cargo, travel and flight catering services across five continents.
We're currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all elements of the Accounts Receivable function and for the provision and promotion of a high-quality standard of customer service.
A day in the life:
- Ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers
- Raising and issuing invoices / credit notes and resolving billing issues
- Investigating and resolving disputes
- Collection and credit management of Accounts Receivable balances
To succeed in the role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in a high volume Accounts Receivable role
- Customer service focus
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A high level of proficiency in the use of Excel
- Positive can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
- Sense of humour (essential!!)
