Our client is a renowned Trust Accounting outsourcing and training company who have improved the efficiency and services of thousands of Real Estate agencies across Australia. They are known for challenging the status quo and bringing a fresh and innovative approach to big and small companies within the industry.
Due to exciting growth, they are seeking a Team Leader to take the reigns of a varied and exciting position. This role would be perfect for a Property Manager who has experience with Trust Accounts, or anyone within the industry who would thrive in leading and overseeing a team.
The role:
- Oversee a team of 3 staff
- Oversee a smaller portfolio of clients
- Assist with complex trust issues
- Ensure the clients are being looked after accordingly
- Support the team with any difficult tasks and ensure the data is being kept up to date
- Be the go to person for any escalated issues
- Must have experience within Real Estate - this role would be perfect for a Property Manager who has experience in trust accounting
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience with conflict resolution and enjoy being the "go-to" person
- Be a team player and are extremely approachable

- two days working from home - must be able to travel to the North Shore at least one day
