We need your strong independent Administration Skills to assist in the growth of this thriving business. Previous Reckon Manufacturing Accounting Program experience preferred.
Our Company is a growing food manufacturing business with a goal to continue to provide on-time quality products to our expanding customer base.
Salary is $85k plus Super, Plus Bonuses
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- Self directed attitude necessary
- Good communication skills
- Well organised with the ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
- Reckon Accounting Manufacturing Program experience Preferred
- Experience in Payroll, Accounts Receivable/Payable and Invoicing necessary
TAKS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Reckon Accounting/Manufacturing Program Preferred
- Excel spreadsheet/V Lookup necessary
- Payroll
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Purchasing
- Bank Reconciliation
- Manage and update all office documentation
- Assist Management with administration duties and tasks as required
- We are located in Capalaba, Queensland and parking is available
- The position is Full Time and available immediately
- Monday - Friday, start at 7.30am to 3.30pm
