3 Days/week (Weds/Thurs/Friday)
Your duties may include, however not limited to:
Allocation, distribution and coordination of work order requests to technicians and subcontractors
Data entry and database maintenance
Creating simple quotations for our clients
Ordering supplies and materials
Support to trade staff and subcontractors
Liaising with our clients and suppliers
Using various portals to provide regular updates to our clients
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Excellent time management skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs - Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills both in person and over the telephone
- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- The ability to learn a new software (AroFlo) efficiently
