Admin Co-Ordinator

Featherstone Physio Pilates in Mosman Park aspires to promote proactive health and wellness for its clients. We achieve this with nurturing and comprehensive Physio, Physio exercise rehab, Pilates, classes, movement therapy, therapeutic laser, remedial massage and mindfulness services. 

​Our service is based on a blend of Physio science and movement therapy influenced by Pilates, yoga, exercise rehab, kinetic link training, strength, stretch and conditioning principles and more in our beautiful boutique studio located conveniently at Mosman Park Shopping Centre. 

THE ROLE 

We have an established position available for the right candidate. The role is flexible and autonomous, with a mix of working from home and in our studio.  

We are looking for an Admin Co-Ordinator, who will be focused on handling all incoming phone calls and emails, plus general day-to-day administrative tasks. We will provide a comprehensive hand-over period for you to thoroughly learn the business and our clients. 

 
GENERAL DUTIES 

Customer service via phone and email (adhoc Monday-Friday and Saturday morning, approx 15-20 hrs per week) 

Payment Processing and invoicing assistance 

Document organisation  

Merchandise/stock ordering 

Studio management support 

Website support

 
MUST HAVES 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Microsoft Office 

High level of self-organisation 

Ability to work from home, and come into Mosman Park Studio three times a week. 

 
DESIRABLE  

Knowledge of Mindbody software 

Interest in health and wellness 

Website Management 

Experience in allied health or Pilates practice
