The opportunity
You’ll work directly with this international firm’s Australian Head of Ops to support the firm's Australian HR Partners and ensure the smooth-running of business services functions across Australia.
Your role will have a focus on HR, BD and Facilities coordination. You'll run the administration around recruitment, onboarding and L&D. You'll will also also gain daily exposure to areas as diverse as operations, facilities, IT and finance.
This is therefore a really well-rounded admin support position that will offer variety and new daily challenges, giving you the breadtj of experiencei to contuinue a career
You'll be part of a close-knit team in a supportive and professional firm and work with a great mentor.
This position is offered on a 13-month contract with a late Feb/early March 2024 start.
About you
Perhaps you’re an experienced EA or Admin Support Professional looking for a diverse support opportunity.
Perhaps you’re a HR or practice management professional at the early stage of your career looking for a position that offers genuine breadth?
Either way you’ll offer:

• At least three years in a business services or admin support role within a professional services firm;
• Exceptional administrative skills;
• Problem solving skills and huge amounts of initiative;
• The ability to work on multiple projects;
• Experience in a law firm or a firm with a Partnership structure would be viewed favourably
