Experience: Minimum 3 years in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Manage and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely payments while maintaining excellent vendor relationships.
- Accounts Receivable: Handle customer invoicing, track payments, and reconcile accounts. Chase outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- General Administration: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (Reconciliation is a plus).
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors and customers.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
