About the Role
This is the perfect opening for Administration Receptionists to join our Front Office team that is friendly, cohesive and proactive. In this role, you deliver exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors whilst supporting the clinical and non-clinical areas of the hospital.
Duties may include but are not limited to;
- Providing care to our clients/patients from admission to discharge
- Engaging and connecting with different medical specialists, administrators, patients, and caregivers
- Co-ordinating medical operations with different concerned teams players
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in line with our Ramsay core values.
Your communication and engagement skills will be of critical importance as you liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience working in a reception/administration role
- Prior experience working in a medical setting desirable but not essential
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Strong attention to details and accuracy with efficient keyboard/typing skills
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate of $26.19 + superannuation based on experience and qualifications. Exclusive of penalties and allowances.

About Our Hospital
Frances Perry House is a leading private maternity and women’s health hospital in Melbourne.
The hospital accommodates 93 beds including surgical and maternity units, Level 4 Special Care Nursery, 6 birthing suites, 4 operating theatres, a day surgery unit and urodynamics procedure room.
Conveniently co-located with Royal Women’s Hospital, we provide our patients with quality private hospital care whilst having access to tertiary level facilities should they be required.
Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
