Strait Up Cranes is currently seeking an Administration Assistant for an immediate start in Mudgee. The role includes a range of administration duties to support the crane operation business.
We are offering a Casual position working 3 days per week, 4 hours per day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
We are looking for someone with the following:
• Strong administration and organisational skills with a minimum of 1-2 years experience.
• Computer literacy and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word & Excel.
• Experience with Xero Accounting software (preferred but not essential).
• Ability and willingness to learn new software and programs.
• Personal attributes include good work ethic, reliability and the ability to multitask.
The duties include:
• Main responsibility is an Inductions Clerk to process company and staff inductions with our major clients
• Administration support to the management team including typing, filing, scanning, document management and answering the phone;
• Data entry;
• Keeping company compliance and other records up to date;
• Helping with other inductions, booking medicals and other training;
• Assistance with other ad-hoc tasks as required.
This is a varied role and we are offering above award hourly rates.
