As a leading importer and wholesaler of furniture/ cabinet laminates, servicing some of Australia's top brands, we boast over a decade of industry experience. In light of our company's expansion and restructuring, we're seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Our main products are Compact Laminates, toilet partitions, laminates and MDF panels.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Managing daily orders and shipments, updating CRM with daily emails and quotes, as well as communicating and updating orders.
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Stock on Hand (SOH) reporting.
- Dealing with email inquiries
- Maintain excellent internal relationships with team members.
- Provide support to customers with enquiries.
- Provide administration support to BDM and Director as required.
- Contribute to business planning and sales forecasting as per director’s planning
- Invoicing, preparing quotes and running reports using an online accounting system
- Packing and strapping sheets in the warehouse for small orders, small lifting is required
Essential
- A passion for customer service with strong communication (written & verbal)
- A forklift License is preferred
- Experience in Xero Accounting Software
- Joinery, Laminates and Toilet partitions knowledge is preferred
