Health N Home is seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Provide assistance to our finance team: Following up on outstanding invoices, , managing PRODA accounts, NDIA service bookings.
- Document creation and control: Assisting HR with documentation and recruitment processes.
- Scheduling: Assisting the administration coordinator with coordination of nurses' diaries and following up on service agreements.
- Ad hoc administration duties.
Phone Communication:
Handling incoming phone calls during business hours, addressing inquiries, and confirming appointments.
Computer Skills:
Utilising computer skills for various administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and email communication.
Client Records Management:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with NDIS guidelines. Ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.
Documentation and Reporting:
Preparing and reviewing documentation related to NDIS services and support plans.
Office Support:
Providing general administrative support to HR manager with policies and procedures, contracts, and recruitment processes. Assisting with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensuring adherence to NDIS standards and regulations in all administrative processes. Participating in quality assurance activities to uphold service excellence.
Requirements for the role
- Previous experience in a similar role within Healthcare
- Experience with NDIS would be advantageous
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while in a team environment.
- NDIS workers screening clearance or willingness to obtain
- Valid police check
