We are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join the Sunshine Coast team based at Kunda Park.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further their career and take the next step-up.
The role
You will be part of the team that ensures the efficient, and smooth operation of our office.
Your job will include:
- Answering phones
- Directing inquiries
- Entering and updating jobs in our online management system
- Following-up debtors
- Keeping the office and kitchen supplies well stocked.
Your usual work hours will be
7.30 am to 4.00 pm (Monday to Thursday)
7.30 am to 2.00 pm (Friday)
What you will bring to the table
- Ideally, you should have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- A bright personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Be well-organized
- Previous experience with scheduling or booking software would be an advantage
