We are looking to bring on board and suitably qualified and enthusiastic Office Administrator to assist with the day-to-day workings of the administration team.
Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, and based at our Hamilton Office, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing to the appropriate departments
- Creditor Freight Account Reconciliations and Payments
- Maintenance of Internal Registers for Engine and Pump Sales
- Parts / Stock Receival into the ERP System
- Weekly Post Office and Bank Runs
- Other General Admin Duties and support where required.
Your Skills will include:
- Being able to multitask, prioritise and have excellent attention to detail
- Creditors Reconciling and Payment Processing
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Experience using Excel is Essential
- A high standard of communication, both verbal and written
- The ability to maintain a positive attitude with both customers and colleagues
- Adaptable and Resilient
- Current Drivers Licence
- Basic understanding of parts/stock receival is preferred
- Experience with Micronet is desirable but training will be provided
This is a fulltime position with a 38-hour working week.
