With depots across Brisbane, Tully and Far North Queensland, Blenners are the nationally trusted and respected refrigerated transport solution, working with leading retailers and well-known and reputable brands Australia-wide, with a strong emphasis on their customers and their team.
We are currently seeking applications for a motivated Administration Assistant to join our Compliance team at the Brisbane Depot (Darra).
Exposure to the Transport Industry is highly desired but not essential as on the job training will be provided.
This is an exciting & challenging role with the main purpose of supporting & reporting on driver requirements and ensuring all drivers are compliant and includes duties such as:
- Managing Various Compliance Systems: These systems are the core of how compliance is monitored and will require the candidate to perform tasks such as reviewing compliance events and providing monthly reports on compliance trends.
- Completing daily and weekly cross checks of logbook pages vs MtData Real Time Fatigue
- Conducting monthly checks and maintenance of new and departed drivers
- Assisting the Driver Compliance Coordinator and Compliance Officer when required to assist in the overall Compliance function
- General administration duties
