We are currently seeking an Automotive Administration Assistant all rounder to join our expanding team. This is an admin role with variety.
Complete Steering Australia sells parts, does retail workshop work and also manufacture's, so you will get to be involved with customer service, phone calls, administration and a parts or warehouse task.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Service and phone calls.
- Receipt supplier invoices.
- Create assembly orders and receipt builds.
- Process sales transactions and prepare invoices and delivery and freight documents.
- General adminstration - scanning & filing.
- Order parts and receive incoming stock.
- Assist with regular stock checking and pricing of parts and ensure the database is up to date.
- Pick, pack, send out and/or deliver ordered stock to customers.
- Manage the return of parts, in accordance with company policy.
- Check databases and industry catalogues to source the required parts.
- Potentially progress to selling truck and bus steering components to customers via phone enquiries, email or in person.
