Our client is a highly regarded Electrical company, specialising predominately in Marine and Off-grid Solar, in the beautiful tropical city of Cairns, Far North Queensland.
They are looking for a Permanent Full-Time Administration professional that is passionate about delivering quality outcomes for their organisation and clients.
The Role
This is a full time salaried position working Monday through to Friday - 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. You will be the first point of contact for their clients and trainees and a support to the consultant of the company.
We are seeking an administration professional who has the ability to take on a variety of responsibilities, who has an excellent eye for detail and will take to multitasking with ease.
Your typical working week will be general office duties which include but are not limited to;
- General administration and reception duties
- Data entry into CRM system (Jim 2) and accounting software (Xero)
- Organising travel arrangements
- Undertaking quotations
- Scheduling of new jobs and upkeeping job progress/status
- Typing, filling and scanning
- Providing support to the Office Manager and Electricians
- Liaising with company suppliers and clients
Essential Criteria
- Experience in Electrical Trade (advantageous but not essential)
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Tech savvy
- Accurate data entry and excellent typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Flexible and adaptable
- Strong work ethic
- Friendly and bubbly personality
