Administration Assistant - Betabuild Pty Ltd
We are looking for a friendly, skilled and capable Administration Assistant to join our Administration team based in Brisbane Southside at Shailer Park and we will be interviewing after the Easter Long Weekend.
To be successful you'll need to have strong telephone and communication skills as answering phones is a big part of this role. You will need to possess the skills to be a team player with a friendly and positive demeanour and open to helping in all areas of the office.
You will need to have the motivation to learn our business and we will do everything we can to help you succeed within our team and become a valuable member of Betabuild Pty Ltd
The successful applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment at times and work well under pressure but also motivated and proactive to find things to do when the day gets quiet and help others in the team when required to manage workloads.
Please Note - This is not a Reception Role
Responsibilities of the role will include the following:
- Answering and directing phone calls with the ability to manage our Tradesman and Contractor calls while completing your own daily tasks in a timely manner
- Performing Administration tasks daily in all areas within the office
- Accurate data entry with attention to detail when raising jobs/purchase orders and sending of work requests daily to contractors
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
- Administration support to help with the management and delivery of Government Contracts
- Working closely with the Administration Team, Supervisors, Tradesman and Accounts Team
- Greeting couriers or clients when they come into the foyer with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
- Open and close processes of the office daily

- Touch typing required and skills to comfortably navigate the internet
- simPRO knowledge an advantage
- Strong work ethic, reliability and honesty is a must have attribute
- Professional appearance at all times
We offer constant support and training with a good work life balance as our hours are only 7.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday
The position is Full Time on salary and we pride ourself in having a great working environment and team.
Salary as advertised is subject to experience
