• Experience with Simpro & Arroflow will be advantageous.
• Background in the electrical/solar service industry will be highly regarded. 
• Ability to collaborate within a team environment while also thriving autonomously.
• A positive attitude.
• Must have strong scheduling and CRM experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our major clients and customers.
• Capture detailed work requests from customers.
• Efficiently schedule incoming work, ensuring KPIs are consistently met.
• Regularly update and maintain internal and external databases, providing daily reports.
• Execute administrative duties to fulfill customer requirements.
• Cultivate and strengthen exceptional client relationships.
