Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) you will provide administrative support to our consultant team. You will work with a very dynamic and vibrant team. The successful candidate will gain substantial professional and personal development.
You demonstrate self-motivation and initiative, are computer literate with the MS Office suite of products and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must have effective time management and organisation skills and an ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment and also the ability to work independently. You are reliable, dependable and deliver results, you have proven attention to detail skills and an interest in process improvement strategies to support the continual growth of the business. RiskTech is an independent Australian owned risk management consulting organisation servicing clients nationally and throughout the Asia Pacific region. We offer tailored risk management solutions to clients across a broad range of sectors focusing on both regulatory and insurable risks. We specialise in property risk engineering and property compliance, as well hazardous materials identification and management.
The Location
RiskTech has a national presence. We are currently seeking administrative support in our National Head Office located at the Corporate Park in Rhodes.
Essential Criteria, Associated Duties and Personal Attributes
Duties will include a wide range of administration duties:
- Provide excellent support to clients and team members
- Have a multi-focussed “can do” attitude with excellent time management skills
- Complete general administrative tasks including review and formatting of reports, presentations and other documents
- General Office Management including updating various information databases
- Travel Co-ordination - booking of flights & accommodation for Consultants & Managers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including email, using distribution lists and other various applications
- Assist in the Quality Control of reports and other documentation
- You will support the COO by directly assisting in the Quality Assurance process
- Have a high level of attention to detail and completion of tasks
- Work in a positive environment assisting team members in times of high client demand as well as the ability to work autonomously
- Be able to set and meet deadlines
- Participate in projects when required
- Competent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and other applications
- Excellent organisational skills & the ability to set priorities, plan and coordinate workloads
- Respond to enquiries, assist with general office tasks and other duties as required
- Relevant administrative support and office management experience is desirable
Salary and Hours
- Salary negotiable - depending on experience and qualifications.
- Full time preferable. Part time is negotiable subject to mutual agreement.
