Permanent Part time Administration Assistant required for Residential Aged Care Facility (25 hours per week, 9 am to 2pm)
Skills required:
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required, providing customer service
- Filing
- Assist with rostering
- Dealing with email enquiries
- General assistance with admin duties including documents, using word , excel, new admission files and follow ups
- Taking minutes
- Computer Data entry (Ausmed, education calendar.)
- Providing administration support to Senior Management
Essential
- Must have a current national police certificate or be willing to complete a criminal history check
- Must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident or hold a valid work visa
