Administration Assistant required for busy local plumbing company.
Part time with potential to go full time.
Answering phones - Customer Service - email correspondence
Filing - Invoicing
Scheduling/rostering work loads
Ordering and receiving stock
Invoicing and quoting
Liaising with building companies, suppliers and management
Use initiative, be enthusiastic with a positive attitude
Reliable with an ability to multitask
Willing to learn a variety of new skills and processes
Work autonomously and as a team member
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Must have:
Licence
Attention to detail
Enthusiasm
Willingness to learn
Be reliable and honest
Experience in office admin essential
Experience in the construction industry (Plumbing) advantageous but not essential
