What you'll do:
- Answer phone calls
- scanning, copying, filing, and mailing
- Assist with accounting and billing
- Edit documents and complete forms
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Support smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of office experience (legal or real estate background preferred)
- Proficient in document editing (PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Basic Chinese language skills (advantageous but not essential)
