WA Strata Professionals is a small professional organisation providing boutique strata management services to its valued clients.
We are now seeking a team member to assist the Strata Managers with their daily portfolio management & associated administrative tasks.
Ideally the person will have related experience in the Strata or Property Management industries, however we are willing to train the right person.
The role may also suit a recent school leaver with appropriate MS Office skills.
Your role will include;
- Records management
- Issuing keys & access devices
- Answering phones & providing first level of client service
- Processing invoices
- Generating Work Orders
- Preparing meeting agendas & Minutes
- Occasional meeting attendance to assist with administrative functions
- General office administration tasks
The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to competently multi-task and have a proven ability in Word, Excel & Outlook. Experience with Strata software and a basic understanding of Accounts/Finance would be advantageous but not necessary.
A future traineeship in Strata Management may be available should you be interested.
