Administrator / Client Services Officer / Swish Accounting Firm 

$70K - $80K + super

Every team member contributes to this firms high-touch service, which gives everyone the opportunity for regular client interaction.  On offer is an on-the-job training and experience with regular internal training. 

To be considered you will need to have:

• 1 – 4 + years’ experience in administration in an accounting firm
• Excellent attention to detail and care for the work you do 
• Great organisational skills 
• Experience with ATO and ASIC work 
• The desire for a long term career opportunity 

The role will involve duties such as; 

• Incoming Mail including ATO Mate & Outgoing Mail
• Standard ATO emails/letters - Notices of Assessment, Running Account Balances, Statement of Account
• Finalising fees and draft emails 
• Adding jobs to the job queue & updating status in tax
• Setting up new clients 
• CRM Database Updating 
• ATO Portal navigation and printing reports
• ATO Payment Arrangements/Plan
• Binding – Fuse Docs for financial statements and tax returns 
• ASIC Work 
• Coding of accounts
• Downloading ATO myGov correspondence
• Draft ATO Correspondence to clients
• Weekly Agenda/minutes 
• General Office Maintenance / Board Room & Stationary etc…
