About the Position
The Administration Assistant position is a part-time position, staring at 16 hours per week initially, with the potential to increase in the future. The work hours can be arranged over 2, 3 or 4 days to allow for flexibility. An attractive hourly rate will be offered in the range of $27-$32/hour+Super.
You will be responsible for the day to day administration and operations of the office for matters pertaining to the support and function of the office and technical staff, including but not limited to:
- Assisting in the management of documentation, practices, and procedures for projects and administrative systems.
- Assisting in the preparation and lodgement of legislative documentation.
- General office duties including maintenance of stock levels, cleaning, etc.
- Providing support to the team.
- Client liaison including providing timely advice where necessary.
Key Skills and Attributes
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role.
- Strong customer service experience
- Proactive in bringing ideas to the table.
- Fantastic organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work within a team.
- Ability to consistently follow procedures and processes with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively manage workloads and deadlines.
