Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our company, you will play a key role in supporting our operations.
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Office based role
Immediate Start Available
Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-ups with trades to ensure the timely provision of necessary photos and reports.
- Draft and formalize quotes and scopes of work for submission to insurance companies.
- Efficiently allocate jobs to trades upon reception from insurance companies.
- Generate invoices for make-safe procedures and reports upon completion of assigned tasks by trades.
- Manage all inbound and outbound communication, including calls and emails, to coordinate effectively with all involved parties.
- Schedule supervisors for new assignments by sending professional Outlook calendar invitations.
- Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of daily responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Must be a fast learner.
Extremely computer savvy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
Experience with MYOB is preferred but not essential.
Experience with insurance companies and / or restoration is desirable
Preferred experience in the building field, but not required.
