Administration Assistant | Hire Controller

Due to the rapid growth our company has seen, we are looking for an additional Administration Assistant | Hire Controller to join our team.

JOB DETAILS

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, at our Head Office in Caboolture.

Our Administration Assistant | Hire Controllers, work as a united team to provide fundamental support services to our Sales and Workshop teams, whilst coordinating the business’ Elevating Work Platform Fleet. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Allocating machinery and co-ordinating the branch's fleet 
• Taking new orders 
• Data entry
• Electronic document control
• Manage incoming enquiries and ensure excellent customer service is provided
• Communicate in a highly professional manner with both clients and internal personnel
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the business
• Work autonomously and as part of a team 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an outgoing, friendly and professional individual that is extremely organised with a proven track record to represent their skills in; 

• Building strong relationships
• Managing responsibility and accountability for daily assigned tasks
• Working autonomously and able to deliver tasks in a prompt manner
• Microsoft Office Suite (all applications with a preference for intermediate to advanced excel experience)
• Accurate data entry skills
• The natural ability to provide professional communication both verbally and written 
• Demonstrated minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced administration role
