Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to plan delivery of Protek247 work packages
- Collaborate with the Operations Team and Technicians to maintain awareness of, and assist to capitalise on, available work delivery capacity in a timely and efficient manner
- Oversee and manage all administrative stages within the Work Order lifecycle from request for work to invoice
- Support the Protek247 Administration Team with any ad-hoc duties such as compliance, debtors/creditors, and other business administration functions.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a Customer Service role with well-developed business acumen
- Have excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to problem solve and juggle conflicting priorities
- Demonstrate strong administration skills including proficiency in Office365 (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and trade management software package experience is advantageous.
- Have an attitude of teamwork and collaboration. Ability to work independently or in a team
- A self-starter who isn’t afraid to get in and get the job done, enjoys working in a team and who is confident engaging with all levels of the business.
