We are looking for an Administration Assistant/Registration Clerk to join the team in Port Melbourne.
Tasks and responsibilities will include:
· Registration of vehicles, including all associated paperwork and dealings with VicRoads.
· Cancellation of interstate registrations and associated refund applications.
· Entering supplier invoices and reconciling statements.
· Check compliance of sales paperwork, including scanning & filing.
· Responisble for tolls and fines.
· Monitor busy email inbox.
· Open mail and distribute.
· Other ad hoc office duties as required.
The ideal candidate will flourish in working in a busy office environment where multi-tasking and prioritising is important.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the motor industry is desirable, but not essential. Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
