ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a key customer facing and support position. The successful applicant will possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills enabling them to effectively support internal staff as well as external clients.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude and attentive approach.
- Provide personal assistance, answer and direct incoming queries via email and a phone.
- Perform Accounts Payable related duties in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and manage various conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Provide administrative support incl. data entry, system maintenance, printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, binding and shredding.
- Use own knowledge of MS Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as various inhouse software systems as required.
- Apply hands-on approach to tasks and show initiative while approaching new or outstanding tasks.
- Actively support and build solid, long-term relationships with various internal as well as external stakeholders, while representing the organizational values and brand.
- Certificate II or III in Business Administration and relevant qualifications highly regarded.
- At least 1+ year of customer service and/or experience in business or administration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to various audiences and work with a diverse range of people.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, as well as independently.
- Ability to problem solve and manage conflicting priorities with strong time management skills.
- High attention to detail with precise data entry skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
