We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Production Team based in our Murarrie Office.
To be successful in this role you will require the ability to communicate effectively, a genuine desire to assist others, highly evolved customer service skills, and high-level organisational skills.
The role duties will include but not limited too...
- Speaking to customers in relation to their orders daily
- Placing manufacturing orders
- Speaking to Trades in relation to installations
- Service and Warranty Bookings
- Receiving, sorting, scanning, and filing company documents
- Invoice processing
- Assisting field staff queries
- Data entry
- General Office Maintenance
- General administrative duties and record keeping duties as required.
