We are looking for an Enthusiastic, Permanent Part time Administration Assistant to join our Admin Team at Currumbin Minerals.
This position is a Permanent Part time role - 6 Hours a Days - 30 Hours a week
This role is responsible for the day to day entering of dockets, Invoicing, as well as organising the Sea Freight and International Documentation for our Overseas Mineral Sales.

You must have experience with the following:
- Minimum of Cert 3 in Administration
- Must have MYOB experience or Computer Package
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products
- Advanced written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently
- Commitment to providing quality customer service to both internal and external customers
- Ability to maintain confidentiality over sensitive information
- Ability to use initiative, prioritise work and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Adhere to safety requirements
Desirable Skills
- Obtain International exporting documentation
- Managing Export documents
- Managing Export shipping bookings
- Communication with cargo shipping companies
You must have a can-do attitude
Communicate effectively, confidently and understand direction
Can work within a team or alone and be reliable
Additional requirements for working at Currumbin Minerals Include:
- The ability to pass a Pre-employment Medical.

- Be a self-starter.
