The Role: WSP Services is seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including Payroll, training, and asset maintenance reporting to the People & HSEQ Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct general administrative duties such as processing payroll, maintaining training registers, and coordinating various tasks (cleaners, stationary orders, couriers, etc.).
- Manage booking of vehicle and equipment services.
- Generate purchase orders as required.
- Assist with filing records and inputting data into systems.
- Prepare timely reports and presentations as directed.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks as necessary.
Minimum Criteria:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
Desirable Criteria:
- Certification in Cert II Business or equivalent.
