This accounting firm specialises in taxation, superannuation and SMSF, business advisory and corporate secretarial and aim to provide a top tier service to their clients.
This role will suit a full time administrator who has minimum 1 year experience in an administration/reception role.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Processing daily clients correspondence
- ATO follow ups with assessment notices
- Compiling tax information
- Electronic lodgement of tax returns
- Assisting Accountants with ad hoc tasks as required
- Assisting with ASIC lodgements and Annual Review Statement
- General administration duties including filing, photocopying and scanning.
- Managing and taking ownership of the reception area
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls
- Liaising with clients and greeting clients on arrival
- Making coffee and setting up meeting rooms
- Electronic filing
- Typing of letters as required
- In and out-going mail
- Additional Ad hoc tasks as required
- Database updates
- Minimum 1 years' experience within an administration role in an accounting firm
- You are career driven and looking to develop

- Ability to take initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication
