We are currently seeking an organised and compassionate Administrative Coordinator to join the AQ team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting the administrative functions of our Home Care Package program, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Home Care Package brokerage clients, overseeing reporting and compliance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders, addressing concerns and feedback.
- Manage administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and paperwork management.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize administrative processes.
- Provide support to community staff in utilizing our databases.
- Assist the finance team with end-of-month reporting and related tasks.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in an administration coordination role in a health care setting
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to interact compassionately with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong administrative and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of Home Care Packages and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- National Police Clearance Certificate and an Open Australian Driver's License.
- Relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
