The role
Reporting to the Operations, Engagement & Performance Manager and supporting the broader Operations Team this role will play a key role in the day to day running of the depots. In a wide ranging role, you will support the Consultative Committees (setting meetings, taking minutes, distributing information), manage the Lost Property as well as the end to end process of uniform management. There will also be the opportunity to support the onboarding for all new front line staff and get involved in the rollout of communication campaigns.
Other duties will include:
- managing gates,
- receiving deliveries,
- managing car park tickets/cab charges,
- raising EMS notifications for building issues as required,
- Printer mgmt. including recycling of used toners
- Ordering and management of all stationery and kitchen consumables
- Management of 2 x storerooms
Prior to joining Transdev your background may include working in an office / admin environment. Regardless of your previous positions, you are a self-starter who possesses well-developed computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite) and organisational skills, with the ability to work within a high volume and fast paced business. In addition, you will be able to work in a multi-disciplined team as well as take the initiative and work independently when required.
