With over 220 team members, the business delivers comprehensive maintenance programs and minor works projects to critical infrastructure clients including airports, defence, facilities managers, shopping centres, builders and developers as well as Federal and State Government departments. About the Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Fire Administration Coordinator to join our Asset Services team, based at our Hendra office. The role will include, but not be limited to: Administration duties, such as compiling reports, preparing documentation, entering contracts, assisting customers etc. Maintenance of customer data base and PM contracts in Firemate. Managing our preventive maintenance schedules and compliance. Liaising with key external and internal stakeholders. Processing quotes and work orders.
