An exciting opportunity for an Administration & Events Assistant has become available within Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort.
Located in the Heart of Noosa Heads, Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort consists of a renowned spa, championship golf course, fitness center, swimming pool, tennis center, apartment accommodation, restaurant and function/conference facilities.
As an Administration& Events Assistant, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to all departments and the Club Manager.
What does the role look like?
Provide administrative and secretarial support to all departments, including, but not limited to:
- Managing the Reception desk
- Taking and distributing meeting minutes
- Printing and packaging marketing and event material
- Managing stock levels and ordering stationary
- Calendar management
- Assisting managing workplace training for staff
- Assisting making golf bookings
- Assisting with event enquires
- Supporting the marketing and events team
What you bring to the role?
- You are a team player with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise yourself while being flexible to changing priorities.
- Have a "can do" kind of person who thrives on solving problems and being proactive.
- Good relationship skills and confident to be able to work with a wide range of clients, suppliers and internal staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- You maintain high-level confidentiality and can work with people from all levels of the organisation to promote a professional and positive image of Noosa Springs Resort
- Have strong computer skills MS office knowledge including Word, Excel and databases.
