Fisher Brothers Electrical are looking for a Junior Administration Assistant to join our Undergrounds team in our Carrum Downs office.
Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.06pm (38 Hour week) Hours can vary.
Our company provides domestic and building services throughout Melbourne and Geelong, we are a fast paced electrical company that is continuing to grow and focuses on providing a professional and reliable service to all clientele.
We are looking for a hard working, reliable and confident jJunior Administration Assistant willing to learn and grow with all facets of our business.
About the role
The successful applicant will be required to assist with but not limited to:
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Organising and scheduling the underground division using GeoOp Booking system
- Arranging subcontractors to coordinate and assist the underground crew to complete their job
- Action emails
- Invoicing - MYOB (AccountRight)
- Controlling levels of required stock
- Purchasing/Docket Reconciliations
- Certificates of electrical safety
- Dealing with new electricity connections for Builders
- Arranging new connections and alterations with Energy retailers and Distributors
- Speaking and coordinating timelines with building supervisors
- Marking up electrical plans
- Provide exceptional customer service and general Admin duties
You must be reliable and willing to work to the best of your abilities at all times. This is a fast paced office and the ability to multi-task is a must.

Skills and experience
- Experience in an Administrative Assistant role
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft word & Excel
- Basic MYOB experience preferable (AccountRight)
- Experience in the Electrical Industry is an Advantage
- On the job training will be provided
