AddressPermanent Part-time Administration Manager
We have an opportunity for someone special to join our amazing team.
You will be a key co-ordinator between our staff and clients and must have an excellent phone manner and be skilled in use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Training will be given in practice software system.
The person we are looking for will have experience in the following areas:
- Customer Service – Aptitude in reading/writing in English
- Reception – Answering phones and booking in patients, receipting
- Accounts – Accounts payable and reconciliation
An understanding of Allied Health practice an advantage
Hours are Tuesday – Thursday, 7.45am to 4.30pm
We are a busy Physio practice located in Oatley and are passionate about our staff and clients. The right person will have a positive attitude, ability to multi task and a willingness to work as part of a team. Remuneration dependant on experience.
