ETS is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a passionate Administration Officer to join the team. In this varied role you will manage all administrative functions including contract invoicing, employee timesheet entry, supplier invoices, data entry, support to local Managers plus much more. You will be an integral part of the team providing across the board administration support to the business.
The following attributes are required to be successful in this role:
- Competent keyboard and data entry skills and proven experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills desired
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.
- Ability to pick up new administration and accounting systems quickly
- Experience with invoicing/billing and using spreadsheets to track job costing
Experience in the following tasks desirable:
- Timesheet Data Entry for large and complex teams working in the field
- Supplier invoicing
- Accounts Payable entry and use of Greentree or MYOB operating system

- This position can be either full time or part-time (minimum 30hrs per week)
