Our client is in the plumbing industry with many new projects on the horizon. They are looking for the right person to grow with the company. The right candidate will have a chance to go permanent. About the role:
Collaborate with the Project Manager to provide day-to-day administrative support for project-related tasks.
Establish and maintain an organized filing system for documents
Provide general administrative assistance across various departments,
Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards
Contribute to creating, organizing, and maintaining project documentation
Monitor compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant WHS standards and guidelines.
Support the management team in regular risk assessments and hazard identification exercises within the workplace.
Coordinate safety requirements, including courses, training, and first aid.
Assist in the procurement, maintenance, and inspection of safety equipment and personal protective gear.
What you will need:
In order to take up this great opportunity, the successful applicant will require the following skills and experience
Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a project environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of WHS safety regulations and procedures.
Industry experience
What We Can Offer:
Hourly rate $34 - $38 (depending on experience) + Super
Weekly pay
